When progressive sentences appear in negative, generally, the verb \"to be\" in present (<span lang=\"hi\">\u0939\u0942\u0901, \u0939\u094b, \u0939\u0948, \u0939\u0948\u0902<\/span>) are dropped, but not in the past (<span lang=\"hi\">\u0925\u093e, \u0925\u0947, \u0925\u0940, \u0925\u0940\u0902<\/span>).
